All prices are in Canadian dollars. Add 13% Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).

Select scholarships for junior faculty and doctoral students may be available.

Registration includes breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks for two days, attendance at two full days of sessions, and a copy of the conference program. A nominal fee will be charged for the Sunday afternoon plant tour and evening social event.

To register please download and print the following registration form: Symposium Registration PDF and mail or fax it with your payment to the PMAC National Office at the address below.

If you are a member of PMAC you can pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express through PMAC’s secure online registration and MiraPay payment system at SCM10 Symposium Secure Online Registration & Payment. If you are not a member of PMAC, you can still use the online payment system, but you have to first obtain a login and password by sending a request to info@pmac.ca.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received up to September 6, 2010 will receive a full refund less $100 administration fee. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations after this date. All refund requests must be made in writing to the PMAC National Office. All no-shows are charged the full amount.

PMAC reserves the right to make changes to the program without notification. If the program is not held for any reason, PMAC’s liability is limited to the conference registration fee.
