Fourth Annual Supply Chain Management Doctoral Students ColloquiumWednesday, October 28, 2009
The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Doctoral Students Colloquium is intended to be a forum in which PhD students can meet and discuss their research work with their peers and a panel of experienced SCM researchers and practitioners. The colloquium precedes the Seventh International Symposium on Supply Chain Management which is to be held at the same place on October 28 – 30, 2009. Students from a broad range of disciplines, including supply chain management, operations management, management science, operations research, industrial engineering and information systems, are invited to to attend the colloquium. Ideally students would also present at the symposium, but this not necessary. The program will be designed to be most beneficial for PhD students who already have a clear idea about their dissertation research program. You do not have to pay registration fees to attend the colloquium. However, if you wish to also attend the SCM Symposium you will need to register. Only a limited number of students will be chosen to attend the colloquium. If you are interested in attending please send a message to dc2009@scmsymposium.org before June 30, 2009. Applicants who would like to be given an opportunity to present their research program should also include an abstract. Program Notice The 2009 Doctoral Colloquium will not take place this year. This does not affect the Symposium which continues as scheduled. |
