Group Rates for Hotel Rooms

The negotiated room rate (cutoff date August 27) for 2010 SCM Symposium registrants is $159 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes (13% HST) and a Destination Marketing Fee of 3%. A limited number of rooms have been set aside for our delegates for September 26 and 27. Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. Check-out time: 12:00 p.m.

Individual reservations: all guests shall make reservations directly with the Hotel by telephone at the above numbers or at this Web site: https://grandhoteltoronto.com/secure/reservations.asp, on an individual basis, and identify themselves as part of the "PMAC Conference" Group to receive the group rate.

The deadline to take advantage of the discounted group rate is Friday, August 27, 2010.

Directions to the Grand and Suites Hotel

From Pearson Int'l Airport: Highway 427 south to QEW → QEW East to Gardiner Expressway → Gardiner Expressway to Jarvis Street Exit → Jarvis Street north to The Grand → South/East Corner of Jarvis and Dundas.

From Montreal and 401: Highway 401 to Don Valley Parkway → Don Valley Parkway to Richmond Street Exit → Richmond Street West to Jarvis Street → Jarvis Street North to The Grand → South/East Corner of Jarvis and Dundas.

From Buffalo: QEW to Gardiner Expressway → Gardiner Expressway to Jarvis Street Exit → Jarvis Street North to The Grand →South/East Corner of Jarvis and Dundas.

Parking: Visitors may report to the Front Office to obtain a daily parking pass at the cost of $10.00, or for overnight parking at $19.00. They may park either at Ground or Underground Level Hotel Parking.
